McCarthy Hanger: Chairman and Strategic Business Development Officer

McCarthy Hanger comes from an allied medical background. He went to Northwestern University Division of Prosthetics. He took a particular interest in diabetes, and worked almost exclusively with diabetics for twenty years, in close association with physicians, surgeons, rehabilitation therapists and educators. He also helped develop prosthetic designs for veterans and pararalympic athletes. He was the founder of Mobility Orthotics and Prosthetics, one of the first mobile franchises delivering care to patients all over the mid-Atlantic to the patients in their homes. This was later spread across the country as a best practice method, and brought care, service, and independence to thousands of people who were otherwise homebound and unable to get to a clinical center. He was also regional clinical director for NovaCare Orthotics and Prosthetics, who purchased his practice, which grew to a multi-million dollar business in less than 5 years. In the past ten years he has developed a number of products for the health care market, including medical devices, natural products, nutritional solutions, and educational programs. His passion lies in working with people who wish to take control of their symptoms and their lives through exercise, diet, and lifestyle changes.

Younis Zubchevich: C.E.O. and Director

Mr. Zubchevich‘s career began  in international banking 1978. It evolved to the securities business as a registered person from 1992 through 2006  as a Series 24 qualified Principal. From 2000 through 2006, he was principal in his own registered firm Typically, Mr. Zubchevich identified private financing sources for companies with capital requirements ranging from $1 million to $10 million. Mr. Zubchevich has served as Senior Investment Banker overseeing the execution of various public and private financings. He had been President and Chairman of both Gryphon Financial Securities Corp. a NASD member and SEC registered broker-dealer, and its parent York Avenue Holding Corp. since May 2000. Prior to the establishment of the Broker Dealer, Mr. Zubchevich was employed briefly as an Executive Vice President at Hornblower Capital Securities Corp., where he completed a $5.6 million private offering. From June 1997 to December 1998, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Capital Markets at AIBC Investment Services Corporation, a New York based investment bank and broker-dealer. He was primarily responsible for the capital markets group which financed several companies in the technology space.

From 1986 to 1990 Mr. Zubchevich was a Vice President at Bahrain International Bank (“BIB”) and Kuwait Asia Bank in the Middle East where he managed the Marketing and Investment Banking Departments which had net capital in excess of $250 million and $100 million respectively. He was responsible for identifying and analyzing international investments and  co-invest with major U.S. and European investment banks. Prior to that Mr. Zubchevich, upon receiving his MBA from the University of Rhode Island, joined Manufactures Hanover Trust Company’s International Banking and Credit Training Program. By his departure, Mr. Zubchevich was Vice President in charge of Corporate and Sovereign Lending for the Gulf Region of the Middle East where he supervised a credit portfolio in excess of $1 billion and had several professionals under him.

Mr. Zubchevich moved the operations of York and the Gryphon Group to Palm Beach, Florida in September of 2003. He was the controlling shareholder of SecureCare Technologies, Inc. (SCUI: OTC BB), a healthcare IT Solutions Company which he funded ($7 million approximately) and has taken it through a bankruptcy reorganization from which it successfully emerged on Dec. 15, 2003. He was also a co-owner and Investment banker to Zestra Laboratories, Inc., a South Carolina emerging growth Company with products in women’s healthcare. Mr. Zubchevich, through Gryphon, arranged a $3.0 million capital infusion into Zestra Laboratories, Inc. and has taken it from an owner operated entity with relatively little Internet sales and on the verge of bankruptcy into a company with nearly 40,000 points of distribution, a core management team, highly visible clinical and another $6.0 million in capital. Because of the importance of Zestra and the success he has had in growing the Company and the fiduciary commitment he has made to the investors in Zestra, Mr. Zubchevich had agreed set aside his investment banking business to be its CEO.

RSSI

The Company has a master broker agreement with Royal Strategies & Solutions, Inc. (“RSSI”). Under the terms of the agreement, RSSI will implement tried and proven programs to place drsi™ ReStore! Energy on the shelves of major chain, drug and grocery stores in specifically targeted areas selected by DRS with Royal’s recommendation.

Michael Czaja

Executive Vice President of National Sales for RSSI, Inc. is a seasoned executive with 15 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing, distribution and sales. Mr. Czaja maintains strong retail relationships with entire retail community, including grocery, drug, mass merchandising and convenience stores. He is responsible for spearheading the Royal broker network nationwide.

Michael Dugan: Director of Marketing

Michael Dugan is an advertising and marketing professional who has a history of creating, planning, developing and executing strategies and campaigns for new products as well as existing brands. He has extensive experience in branding strategies, market planning, and direct response advertising across all media including TV, radio, print, online e-commerce, e-mail, and social media.  Michael has written and directed hundreds of commercials, television programs, and infomercials. He is also the award-winning, writer-director of a feature film. Some of his most successful commercial campaigns include "The Snuggie", the "Ab Roller", and the "Roomba Robotic Vacuum Cleaner".

He has developed experience with diabetes and Medicare marketing, and created diabetes and Medicare specific campaigns for Nations Health, CIGNA insurance, and the Diabetes Care Club.

Michael started writing commercials at Benton & Bowles Advertising in New York, and then moved to Los Angeles where he wrote screenplays and directed television commercials.  He has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Frank Hariton Esq.:

 Frank J. Hariton is a 1974 graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School and has been an attorney in private practice in New York State for more than thirty years specializing in commercial and securities matters.
